Mail Problem

Currently I'm using mail.
According to istats menu, mail occupied 700m ram even it is idle (Safari only consume 200m ram while browsing) . I think it is not normal isn't it?
 
If it's not causing a problem it's not a problem. If it's bothering you, try restarting your machine. I wouldn't worry about it.
