Mail Problems - Cant connect on Mail or Thunderbird

    Maybe it was abit scattered first time

    I have a MobileMe account and it worked on both the web and mail app until recently - then the Mail app kept timing out.
    WEB MobileMe works, the MAIL app wont connect.

    I have tried to
    a, delete the prefs and mail folder in library - then restart mail - but i get the same problem
    b, ive tried to delete the account within Mail and create a new one but it still cant connect to the server.
    b, ive tried to setup the account on three different macs via a new user (on same internet connection) and each time i get the same problem - it cant connect to the mail server .
    c, i phone apple care and both phone calls ended in a non fix. 1st person fobbed me off after 20 mins & 2nd cut the line after 35 mins whilst on hold.
    d, i installed Thunderbird Mail app on mac and got the same problem.
    e, doesnt connect on my windows partition - thunderbird mail app - either.

    My internet is otherwise working for all other apps.

    I hope this is alittle clearer.

    Is this a just affecting me? Any Help? :confused:

    The only information that you have given is that you are having a "problem." Perhaps your mail provider's servers were down. Hey, it happens. Whatever your problem, you are going to have to give some real information if you expect to receive any help.

    I installed 10.5.6 and now it works - at the moment :confused:

    and its gone again..... not working

    it must have been this bcos it all works at the moment. :(
