iPad Pro Mail program keeps changing flags to red

Hello, my mail program on the iPad Pro keeps changing the flags (even on me.com) to red. Any ideas on how to fix this? I am running the latest iPadOS.Thanks.

sometimes yes, sometimes not

The problem only concerns the emails that I decide to flag (e.g. in green) both on the Mac and on the iPad: after a few seconds the flag turns red (on the Mac the problem does not occur).

That sounds like a iPadOS 13 bug. You should report that behavior to Apple online.
