J|D macrumors member Original poster Oct 24, 2005 #1 After emptying the trash within Mail, it says that I still have one in there. Yet looking in the trash there is not a single email within it. I've tried resetting my Mac but it remains the same. Btw, I am using a POP account. Any ideas? 🙂

mad jew Moderator emeritus Oct 24, 2005 #2 Would you be able to post a screen shot? Could it be a junk email? Also, how did you reset your Mac? 🙂 I just deleted my trash emails and it came up with zero left over, as it should. That's on a POP3 account, what's yours?

I'm pretty sure its not junk and I restarted via the Apple menu. 🙂
