Two questions regarding Mail. I just set it up for my GMail account, and I like how it works.

1) My GMail account has my real name on it. Is there a way I can hide this from certain emails I'm sending?

2) The picture that my iMac took of me when I first started my computer shows up when I look at my Sent mails. Does that image get put onto the emails I send out? If so, is there a way to disable that?

In short, I'm looking for a way to completely anonymize any emails I'm sending, beyond just my screen name.

1) If you input your name while setting up the account, that's why. However I believe Mail will also display your real name there if you have added that address to your Address Card in Address Book.

2) No, it does not. Mail just puts that in because it's attached to your user account and Address Card in Address Book.
