Mail receives email twice via from hotmail

I have my hotmail account going to apple mail from macfreepops

It was not working for a week, then it got updated and every email i receive i get twice, some times more then twice, three times...🙁

Sometimes, when i delete some of my mail, it sometimes come though as new unread mail....🙁

Can anyone help?

I think its a bit of a hack to get Hotmail into Apple Mail at the moment, so its not working very well, contact the developer of the application/website you are using to get your email.
