Yesterday I posted on how to reset the junk mail filtering. I followed the steps and put it back into training. However its still doing the same thing, sending every piece of mail to the junk folder.

I click on not junk but it doesn't care.

How do I fixed my possessed mail?

So you are saying that, even though you have pressed the Not Junk button, future mail from the same sender continues to be marked as junk? Do you have any rules set under preferences?

Have you thought of using an app like SpamSieve? It costs about $30 but works like a trooper at cutting out spam

This is correct even though I am marking the mail as not junk its still getting tagged and sent to the junk folder.

Any ideas?
