I have one of the new iMacs, with the Apple "Mail" program set to access my Gmail account via IMAP.

It is able to send and recieve messages well enough, but if I begin composing a new email, instead of saving a draft, it just sends what I have so far, which comes off as unprofessional, if not rather embarrasing...

Does anybody else have this problem?

Is there a fix out there somewhere?

are you sure it is actually sending it TO THE RECIPIENT? If you have it set to save drafts on the server, the progress bars make it look like it is sending, but it is actually just sending it to the IMAP server for storage.
