Mail Signature

Hi,

I wonder if anyone else has the following problem:

I have a mail signature that I insert when I finish typing an email but I always have to correct the space between the last sentence and the signature because it is way to much.

E.g.

Inserting email signature.

I would like only two spaces between the sentence and the signature.

How many spaces do you have in the signature itself? Whatever you have for the signature, it *adds* it to the end of your message, even if you have multiple blank lines already at the end. So, if you finish your message, then press enter before adding the signature, there will automatically be at least one empty line.
