Mail signatures in big sur

Anybody figure out how to get the mail signatures to save upon restart? Mine seem to delete every time.

Does occur with all mailboxes or to a specific one?

All of them - I have 4 signatures with 3 accounts - none of them show. I put them back in and after a restart they are all gone again.
