Mail slow to close

Has anyone else noticed that on ML that Mail is slow to close? When I manually exit within the program, or hit Command Q, the program seems to take a long time to actually exit. I have noticed this on my Mid-2010 MBP, and a brand new iMac. Does anyone know of a way to fix it?

I just downloaded and installed ML this morning and I noticed that it takes about 4 seconds to close completely .
