Mail Smart Folder for single message ( not tread )

I'm in an email long tread with a lot of other people in CC
When they need that I do something I get tagged with @Myname

The problem is that I my miss that email and read th all tread each time is a nightmare

Any way to have single email add to a smart folder where I get tagged

I can't think at any other solution
I like to keep email grouped by tread except for this one
