Mail Transfer

What is the folder that I need to transfer if I want my mailbox on my laptop to be the same as on my desktop? Mail on each comp has the same account but I always reply/delete/etc messages on my desktop and my laptop has all of the messages on there still if you know what I mean

I just want to synch them manually
