Mail Will Not Open! Help!

This is the message i get! Can someone please help me or tell me what ineed to do?

It looks like you have the wrong version of mail installed. Did you click on the help button like it suggested ?

Did you delete Mail and restore it from a CD? Not sure why you have an older version of Mail. 4.3 is needed on 10.6.4.

Yes i downloaded it from a CD. The help button didnt do anything. And now i just got a warning on this forum for a "repeating post" because noone saw my other post.

Try running the 10.6.4 installer again.
