Randomly my Mail stopped coming in and out and now I have to use the @me website. I don't know if this matters or not but I'm in Iraq right now and for the first 2 weeks of being here I had no issues receiving my e-mail and sending out. Now however, when I try to send an e-mail it takes 5 minutes just to get the Sending load bar to pop up and then another 5-10minutes to get it to half way and then cancel. Any ideas why an @me address would be having issues with mail? Is it the internet out here or just a random glitch since it used to work?

Open Mail and go to the menu item 'Window' and in the drop-down select "Connection Doctor". when Connection Doctor opens leave it open when you try to get or send email and it will show every step it takes and will show the errors it sees. This way you can see what is going on to try to fix the problem.
