Mail won't work...help

Ok, so I just jailbroke my iPod Touch and put the iPhone apps on it and I cannot get Mail to work even though I have installed mobile mail prep for 1.1.2 (which I upgraded the touch to and re jailbroke)

You should post what you have tried to do and/or any error messages that have popped up.

Did you go into settings on the Touch and elect Mail - its common sense from there.

well I have set up my .mac account in the settings but every time I open it up it just shows a blank screen for about 20 seconds then goes back to the springboard

You installed with installer.app, right?
