hello, I can't get my email to work on my I phone because I simply do not know how to set it up. My email is my college email at email.uc.edu any help would be appreciated. Also, how do I get a gmail account? Someone told me that they got their for free

Go to the apple website and download the iPhone manual... hope this helps...

i did that and i still have no idea how to set up my email. :-( i havent been able to even figure it out for my mbp. if anyone could help me i will bow down to you.

Ok. So I figured out everything exept the outgoing mail thing. I used smtp.I'd.edu but its not working

your college should have an IT page where it details how students should set up email.

It won't be iPhone specific, but it doesn't need to be, just go to your settings and put in the servers they tell you to.
