Hi - I'm new here, so please be gentle! I upgraded to ios 7 on my 4s, and my mail got all screwy. It said I had over 30,000 emails and my storage was full. I use comcast for my email. I did a work around by deleting the accounts on my phone, and using the autoforward feature in comcast and sent the emails to a new gmail account. Seems to be working well.

But here's my issue. I have 4 different email accounts. I don't know how it was done in ios 6, but I was able to assign a different alert for each mailbox. This allowed me to know without looking which mailbox I received mail in, and whether I needed to look at it immediately, or if it could wait till I got around to it. I can't seem to find this functionality anywhere in settings. Am I forced to have 1 sound for all my mailboxes???

Thanks for any guidance!

The individual options are in the same location as iOS 6.

Settings -> Notification Center -> Mail -> [Mail Account] -> Alert Sounds

You can customize the sound for each mail account.

Settings-> Notification Center -> Mail -> [select an account] -> [Change Alert Sound]
