So I've been deciding wich macmini go. But in the website when I'm looking for the m2 model, it shows those. ¿Which are the main differences? only the storage?

Just the storage on that one (the 512gb SSD is faster than the 256gb model). It would've been nice if the $799 model included 16gb as well as the 512gb SSD, but alas no. This is Apple.

Yup!
storage is important in 's eyes!
what I love is the same base price as the M1!

There is a secret tho-
one can get a thunderbolt chord or even usb c and a ssd drive for much cheaper and still have great speeds.
just dont tell anyone

The 256Gb storage option runs at half the speed of the 512Gb option (in terms of sustained data transfers). Could be an issue if it affects your use case.

Hello, It's my first mac do I have to buy a new keyboard and mouse? Or can I use my windows devices?
Because it has 2 usb I would think I would use for the mouse and the keyboard

that might work
I use a Satechi BT mouse which works great
and goes perfect with the Mac color usb_c ssd drive
price wise!

Yes, you can use your existing keyboard and mouse. Logitech products are commonly used, where you plug the little USB dongle into the back of the Mac mini.

macOS fully supports the vast majority of Windows keyboards out there, be they wired, dongled, or Bluetooth (and mice are OS-agnostic already).

Just know that when it detects your keyboard it will run through a short wizard asking you press certain keys so it can confirm the key layout. It's super easy :)

Hello friend, this is my first mac. I would go for the m2 chip who has less ports than the m2 pro. Can I adquire something to increase my 2 usb ports?

Yes, a hub: Mac mini to hub and then connect anything you want to the ports on the hub. Some hubs have well over 10 ports. Do a search for Thunderbolt hub and USB hub and you'll discover hundreds of potential accessories for more ports.
amazing do you recommend a model?
Does it will affect the write and copy speed?

No recommendations. There are so many. You should think about the ports you need, maybe add a few more for ports you don't know you need yet and let that help you find a hub you like. Look up reviews of favorites to see what other buyers think.

If speed for things you attach to the hub are important, favor thunderbolt hubs over USB hubs. For fastest possible speed needs, direct connect those things.

For example, if you wanted an external SSD drive for fast storage, direct connect that to the Mac mini. Where speed is not an issue like keyboard + mouse or similar, plug those devices into the hub. A thunderbolt hub will be very fast so don't interpret that to mean the hub is for slow tech... just that direct connect should maximize transfer speed while hub will be sharing a maximum amount of transfer speed with whatever you have using the hub.

There are also hubs that have a slot or two for a m.2 SSD, so they can double as both storage and a hub with various ports. I chose one of these for my own use and it has both a m.2 SSD slot and a slot for a 3.5" HDD while providing a few more thunderbolt/USB-C ports. I can max that out with 28TB of storage over the 2 disks if I want.

I bought a USB 3 hub the other day with 7 ports, and its also a powered hub so I can plug in external drives

Also got a 6 port one, also powered, but with a SD card slot. 13 USB-A ports SHOULD be enough for a bit I hope.

I always felt this was such a moot point from the end user perspective.
It's 256GB so you're obviously not storing much on it due to its capacity and its still 1.5GB a second.

I understand the principal that it shouldn't be slower.
