I always get that message when I try to install a new app. How do I fix that?

Uninstall a larger app
Install BossTool
Run it
Go to 'Free Disk Space'
Touch 'Move Applications'
Touch 'Do It'

This is a commonly asked question... next time, use the search before asking.

Also, is there a way for mods to sticky these very common issues?

Already did that. Did it when I first jailbroke it.

no, the way to tell if you hit your limit on space is if installer crashes when you try to install something

the error you get is because the repo/source is down

clear the queue and pick another application to install
