Main HD won't show up on Leopard install

Trying to upgrade install Leopard on my G5. On the "Select Location" window, only my secondary HD shows up. I've tried repairing permissions and Repairing Disk on the main drive but it didn't work. The Main HD still does not come up.

Any help on why it won't show so I can install it? Thanks
 
Is Journaling enabled on the Main HD? You have run a full Repair Disk?

And by 'not showing' do you mean the drive doesn't show at all, or that it is greyed out?
