I have no idea why this is happening, I haven't changed anything and Aperture worked just fine a few days ago. I get the error message displayed below when I try to open the program... HELP!!

What does the file /Library/Frameworks/PluginManager.framework/Versions/B/PluginManager look like?
Open terminal, use the command
Code:
file /Library/Frameworks/PluginManager.framework/Versions/B/PluginManager
and report back.
