I cannot ever sign in on any of my devices when Recaptcha comes up. I get stuck in a constant loop asking
me to verify.

Does not work on my iPhone, iPad, MacBook or Mac mini. So this is NOT a system problem. I have also tried via 4g to rule out my router. Has anyone else seen this?

Here is a test link, click verify and it will continually loop asking for picture verification that never completes.

It works fine in Google Chrome.

Works first time, every time. Safari on High Sierra.

That test site is a tricky one for recaptcha (for me), as the clicked squares reset to other images, which may mean more clicking, even on the same squares before you can successfully complete the rekaptcha..
Some may need re-clicking 2 or 3 times
Maybe you need to make sure you get it all clicked the first time (just sayin... )

Perhaps you have another example that never works for you in Safari.
The difference may be Safari on iOS, or Safari on macOS. Bart Kela and I are both on macOS, not iOS.
...
Just tried on iOS Safari, and accepted my entry, first time. Maybe you are holding it wrong :D

The test site works fine as do the few websites I use that employ Recaptcha. I can't remember the last time I had a problem with it.

I'm simply not seeing a problem with it.

It took me several tries to bring up the recaptcha "click on the squares" window, but that accepted my clicks and moved on, first time again. Still Safari on High Sierra.
Worked more reliably for me on Firefox (select window came up every time I tried). You might consider using Firefox for those sites that use that weird recaptcha selection window.
Anyway --- are you sure that you click on ALL the applicable boxes? That's the issue that I see, as the requested pictures continue to appear, even after clicking. You DO have to continue clicking on boxes that have the requested pictures, until NONE appear. That works every time for me. The ONLY issue on your playstation site was that the recaptcha select window would not appear every time. I just reload the Playstation page again, and return to the sign in window, click on the "I am not a robot" box. If the recaptcha screen did not appear, then I just reload the page and try again. Takes several attempts in Safari for some reason, but not in Firefox.
In any case, it does NOT get stuck in a loop, at least on my Mac and iPhone.
Recaptcha appears to work more reliably in Firefox, at least for me. Consider using Firefox for those sites.

Another tip - try posting about your Recaptcha problems at the Playstation web site. Maybe others share your problem there?

I am bowing out of this discussion.

I refuse to sign up for a site that I have no interest in. It's just another account that could potentially get hacked. Not interested in that.

Best of luck.

I agree about not signing up for a site. That Sony site allowed the recaptcha entry without actually signing in, so I was good with that test.
I think OP just needs to finish the picture selection screens, and that would be good, too.
I do think that the picture entry recaptcha series can be confusing at times, and looks like a loop, when if fact, the pictures are just missed by the user, and as a result, the recaptcha makes the user try again. Just how it works.
