Noticed this today. I keep my phone on my desk during work hours. After I get a notification, either a text or an email, the X screen will not turn off or even dim, until i physically have to hit the power side button. this is crazy, and will create a huge burn in on the OLED screens, am i missing a setting? i tried to toggle on/off the raise to wake, and tried checking elsewhere, but no luck so far.

Not sure about the X but I've had this happen on my iPhone 8+ a couple of times, so it's likely an iOS bug. Restarting the device has brought normal behaviour back each time but I don't know what causes it.
