Major issues ever since ios26

I wish I could go WAY back. It seems like Apple quality control has fallen through the floor over the last few years. I have had issues before of course but my iPhone 13 has been extremely glitchy and unreliable ever since I installed ios26. Disappearing icons and buttons, half of the screen going white, overheating, app crashes, you name it, I have it. Any recommendations?
