Reading through - Digital Minimalism: Choosing a Focused Life in a Noisy World by Cal Newport. The chapter I just finished was talking about the dopamine hit we get when we get likes, how that comes from stoneage days where we got affirmation of being accepted by the tribe and this led to survival (hence why it was so important) - but also why companies utilize this feature because people are so addicted to it. 15% done with the book. Enjoying it so far.

Only time I've hit like on my own post was accidentally - usually after a beer or two or ... more.

A good observation, but I feel that adding a Like to the post would just make me an enabler.
