Major Tick Marks inside in Excel 2008...

I can't find it. It used to be there but for some reason now when I click to format the axis there is no tab to change the tick marks. I've been fooling with it for 2 hours with no luck. Anyone have any suggestions? I really hate having to use excel over numbers sometimes. Thanks for any help.🙂
