macOS Make a window look like a HUD one

Hi all! I'll go straight to the point 😀 I would like to make the window of my app to have HUD style (like a Pixelmator palette, for example) but I can't really find an option in Xcode 4... I remember that I managed to do that with Xcode 3 but I can't seem to find it in the latest version.

Please, help! 🙂
