iPhone 11 Pro Make Apple ID pic Memoji

So my son is wanting to change his Apple ID pic to his Memoji. I forgot our to do that. Anyone here know? When he selects choose pic only his camera pics come up. No option for memojis. Here is is

You can take a screenshot of Memoji so that it gets saved in the photos app and then you can choose that as the picture.
