make audio files open in Quick Time, not Itunes, when clicked on

Is there a way to make Quick Time (or Audacity, for that matter) the default opened app when clicking on an audio file, rather than iTunes? Thank you.

Right click on an audio file and choose "GetInfo". Under Open With in the Get Info box, choose whatever application you want to open audio files by default, then click on "use this application to open all files like this."
