Make email notifications stay on the lock screen for longer?

Before the latest iPhone update, my email notifications used to stay on my lock screen for 7 days (1 week) before automatically going.

And now since the update, they stay on my lock screen for maybe a full day to 2 days maximum before automatically going.

I'm not really bothered about other app notifications, but I would love to be able to get my email notifications to stay on the lock screen for as long as possible unless I either read them or remove them.

Does anyone know if this is possible again?
