Resolved Make ICNS file icon the icon it contains

Hi

I'm trying to customise my folder icons to navigate faster. I've downloaded an ICNS file but when I go to 'show info' the file's icon is the preview app icon and not the actual icon that the file is.

Suggests icns2ico but the file won't open in OS X

Can anyone suggest how I can use the ICNS ive downloaded as the folder icon?
