Currently "preview" is the default for opening photos.
Every time I want to open a photo, I have to click "open with" and search for iPhoto in finder.
How can I make iPhoto the default?
Thanks

Make iPhoto the default?

1. Right-click > Get info on one of your photos (CMD+i)
2. Change the 'opens with' to iPhoto
3. Click 'change all'
4. Click yes or ok on the warning

You'll need to do this for each file format of photo you have.

Genius!
Thank you. I would have never found that!
