I thought 10.15.5 would come out today with the IOS release. I love Mac OS but I'm tired of being in the back seat and being considered an after thought. This OS needs to be stabilized. I liked Mojave better.

Normally, I'd be somewhat dismayed with how long it's taking for OS 10.15.5 to be released. But with this COVID-19 business, and that OS 10.15.4 is working fine for me, it's not surprising. As it is, I would not be surprised if the next version of the Mac OS, OS 10.16 (anyone know the name of it?), is not released at the "usual" time, ie, in the September-October time frame.

Apple apparently decided 10.15.5 wasn’t yet ready for release and instead released a new beta. So, would you rather have the OS update already released, or would you rather have it be more stable? Can’t have both.
