You can find all the right parts for a working ipod off ebay... Constructing it is relatively easy as well... Consider this: Front Panel Battery Wheel Motherboard (these are usually in a "set") Back Panel Back connectors (small circuit board for HOLD and HEADPHONES) (Yet again these are usually together) Hard drive Disk All this is so much cheaper than buying a new ipod (nano and even a shuffle !!!) The front panel (including everything stated) around $5 The back panel £7~£15 HDD varies depending on size... [bought a 3o GB HDD for £10 (inc P&P) - untested so could of arrived DOA (- Dead On Arrival) but it didn't so i'm lucky !!!] Total cost would be less than a cost of a shuffle !!! er i might have to do this, lol, my front panel's firmware is screwed and i broke the ribbon that connects back panel to front panel (the ribbon is so fragile !!!) ^_^ Don't know the costs of a video ipod yet, but i will take a look !!!!
