I tried going to the MakeMKV web site and it's page is suspended:

MakeMKV gone.jpg

Does anybody know what happened?

Probably just a hosting company foul-up. It was up a few days ago.

Can download from a CNet mirror: http://download.cnet.com/MakeMKV/3000-2194_4-75176559.html

And a Google cache has the current "free while in beta" serial number: https://webcache.googleusercontent.com/search?q=cache:ByfyCMcknkIJ:https://www.makemkv.com/forum2/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=1053+&cd=1&hl=en&ct=clnk&gl=us&client=safari
(Good for another month.)

Edit: Also, howdy slight neighbor!
Perfect! :)
Just the information I needed. Thank you neighbor (close enough).

Just a quick tip, their web site goes down regularly with messages about exceeding quotas and the like. I'd seen Reddit threads about the site being down going back at least a few years.

VideoHelp hosts a helpful and regularly-updated web page where to find the latest beta DL and a pretty complete list of previous versions and (if the MakeMKV site's up) a link to the latest key. The package files for Win/Mac/Linux are hosted on VideoHelp's own site.
