making DVD chapters in idvd'09 / imovie'09

Hey - Does anyone know if the new versions of idvd'09 / imovie'09 handle the creation of DVD chapters ?

First and (this will answer your question) have you looked at the help in iMovie 09?

Chapters in iDVD09

I created chapter markers in iMovie09.
When I created a dvd project and opened it in iDVD, the chapters were not there.
You are supposed to be able to add chapters in iDVD but nothing tells you how to do it.
What am I doing wrong?
