Making/Receiving Calls From iPad NOT Working

I have both my iPhone 6+ and my iPad Air 2 both signed into the SAME iCloud account as well as having them both on the same wifi network.
I am on the Verizon network for what it's worth. Has anyone else had any trouble getting this to work?
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Obvious question, but did you turn on "iPhone Cellular Calls" in your iPhone's FaceTime settings?

Assuming you did, try turning it off and then sign out of iCloud on both devices. Might as well throw in a reset on both devices, then sign back into iCloud and turn the "iPhone Cellular Calls" setting back on.

Also make sure one of your devices is not signed into a guest account on your network.
