I currently own DJay3 and think it's a pretty good program. However, I am wondering if there is something else out there that might be better for what I am using it for.

I'm mostly into making remixes for DJing parties and changing around songs. I've heard of programs like M-Audio Torq and Serato Scratch. Are these programs any better for remixing songs? Or would it just be overkill or not what I would be looking for?

I'd be willing to spend $200 on a program if it had more options with remixing than DJ3.

Anything comparable to DJ3 or better? Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

You may want to give ableton live a shot. Just download the trial. It's really powerful but the real time stretching can make mashing up tunes a breeze.
