Making song names in iTunes large enough to see across a room?

Is there a way to make song names in iTunes display larger like they did in Front Row, so if you are across the room you can pick songs with a remote easier?

I use an old version of Growl with the large format Skinotronic Display Style.
Trigger the notification with a keyboard shortcut to a little AppleScript service.
