Making the title bar black

Hi all

I use 10.5.4 and I am wondering I have seen many users with their menu bar black, the writing silver and using 3d Docks so how is it done? have I missed a revelation in Leopard skinning 😱 I would very much like to know 🙂

I would like to see how to too.

The only way now, without add ons, is by pressing CTRL + ALT + CMD + 8 simultaneously.
