Ok everyone should know this sound effect it plays when you go down someones throat..... oh you don't know it? well its this one

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uPFD2PVtKQE (18 seconds in) it also plays during the first matrix....coincidentally when they go down his throat i was wondering if anyone knew how to make it it with a track i'm working at present.......

using flangers etc. etc.

any help would be great..

I'm guessing it's a delay with an automation on the delay time. But there definitely is some kind of bitcrusher to give it that electronic sound.

A delay with a freeze function on which you change the delay time will give you that change in pitch. But I'm guessing this clip relies mostly on a bitcrusher. Downsampling will create the stepped electronic sound.
