iPod touch making touch wallpaper?

Import it to iPhoto and use the crop tool w/ a custom constraint.

If you don't want to "mess it up" you're going to have to crop it a little. And scale it down of course...

I'm not sure, but can't you just upload it to your iPod Touch and just position it as a wallpaper...
