Making video like apple tv's 3d video wall!

Hi all, im interested in making a video similar to the 3d video wall in apple tv, ecept a much simpler version, that i can pan the camera around, and would like some advice and program on it. I currently own final cut pro and after effects. Thanks a lot for the help in advance!

After Effects might help you, as well as Motion 3. In reality, I think it was probably made with more of a proper 3D setup (Maya, etc).

As far as I am aware it was written in Objective-C using core animation.
