making weird noise from every where in labtop, MacBook Pro

Hello, I bought this Mac in Aug 2020. whenever I touch the body, mostly beside trackpad, and down trackpad, it makes noise like in video. some time also keyboard makes this noise and some time trackpad it self, does anyone has this problem?

why you say that is noting? when I touch the keyboard and trackpad and body , it makes this noise? why it should be like this?

the voice is very load

I hear a quick, double clicky sound at 2 seconds in the video. That's the only one I hear.

Is the sound coming from the MBP's speakers or from the body of the MBP?

yes this sound always repeat when I hear it just touch the body of Mac around trackpad, some times trackpad, and keyboard makes this noise, this voice comes from body, not speaker
