Yep! I learned a ton from:

Unfortunately it seems the site is parked so I'm not sure what's up. Perhaps the person didn't pay their GoDaddy bill. 🙂 Hopefully it comes back, it was pretty awesome.

You can start by downloading a premade theme and examining how the graphics are set up. After that its just making the PNGs and naming them correctly.

MacThemes is a good place to look as well.
