I downloaded something (I think) and now I am stuck with this problem, that every once in a while an Ad pops up. See screenshot.

What is this and how do I get rid of it? I have run a Malware program. Didn't help.

Download and install Malwarebytes for Mac from the link here: https://www.malwarebytes.org/antimalware/mac/
This will scan your computer and should get rid of the adware.
