Malwarebytes insignia is blue lately -- does that mean something?

If you open it and see nothing wrong, then it's either a glitch or there is an option for multiple menu bar icon colors.

Just that you have it configured to be blue.
Open Malwarebytes > Settings > General. Tick "black and white icon".
