Mame install..

I am running Snow Leopard, and am trying to install Mame for the first time. What the heck do you do? I just get a docs and src folder a icon called makefile..what do I do?

Looks like you downloaded source code... don't put yourself through the hassle. Universal binary:

http://mameosx.sourceforge.net/

Your download should appear as a DMG file that opens up to contain the application binary.

This isn't Snow Leopard based, but it should give you a general idea if you run into setup problems:
