Man reported to police for ‘revenge fart’ after woman refused to have sex

A Man Was Reported to Police for Farting

A man in Laholm, Hallan County in Sweden was reported to police because he farted after the woman he was with denied to have sex with him.


She reported the incident to the local police saying that his “revenge fart” disturbed her peace of mind.

The man and the woman, whose names were not released to the public, had talked of having sex in a different occasion, but they are not in a relationship. According to the woman, the man visited her in her house with the desire to have sex with her. When she refused to indulge him, he simply farted and left.

“It smelled very bad in my flat,” the woman said in her police report.

The police spokesperson said that they had an obligation to check if criminal actions were involved. But the incident was not investigated further. The news just made it to the local papers.

No matter how many times I read the original post, I don't smell any feminism. Yeah, the complaintant was a woman. Otherwise -- I don't see it. I smell only weirdness and special snowflake-ness, neither of which -- in my experience -- have any connection with ultra-feminism.

Can you also notify the police if the sex is not as satisfying as expected? Say he finished without her reaching orgasm? Federal offense? What if the flatus presented itself during sex? As amusing as it is, the whole thing is ridiculous. At least the police didn't take it seriously. Otherwise no more beams for me - ever!

Not the same thing, but a similar incident occurred at my job. A female guest at my restaurant demanded we discount her bill beyond reason after a bottle of wine was accidentally added to her bill. We removed the bottle of wine from her bill and apologized profusely. Her credit card was not charged - she merely received her bill, which listed a $50 bottle of wine she did not order.

She complained to one of our managers and demand her whole bill be taken care of due to a "threat to her livelihood". Our manager told her that's not something we can/will do. Annoyed, the female guest called the city police and said her life was in "danger" and that she was being "threatened" by our manager, which of course was a complete lie.

It's amazing the **** people pull when their feelings are hurt.
